NEWS FLASH – Jan 15 Primary Statute Unconstitutional!

Judge Nancy Edmunds declares statute unconstitutional – opinion will be posted when available here.

 We have no indication at this time whether the State will appeal.  In a filing last week, they informed the Court that if she voided the statute, they would refuse to release the information, claiming the election sort of never took place.
